We first became aware of Macfanatic at the Apple store where we buy our Macs. In today's complex world of hardware and software, we need to have support on an ongoing basis. 	Is was not without reservations to make the decision to switch our company database run on over to a MAC system. But from our initial meeting with Jani at Macfanatic, I was given such a feeling of confidence that 1st the transition could be made from Maximiser to Daylite and 2nd that there would be support. 	I have to write and say how extremely impressed I was with Jani Mitanovski's presentation. He spent two hours going through the basics of my new iMac and its functions. He is a great teacher in that he moves slowly and methodically through all the points necessary to get the optimum performance from the computer and he explained everything in terms that were easily understood without being patronizing. He also fitted my visit in on the Monday of a long weekend which I think proves the high level of service he offers to his clients. 	I would like to give feed back on Macfanatic's service call by Russ: I was prepared for the home visit with a list of concerns. Russ arrived on time, was pleasant, professional with a firm hand shake, and proceeded to listen to me. I left him for the hour and to my amazement Russ announced that "all is done!"
