Cancellation for Scheduled Appointments

When possible please call to let us know if you are running late and we will do our best to accommodate you however in consideration of the next guest we may need to limit the time of your appointment. We ask that you provide 48 hours notice to cancel or re-schedule an appointment. A cancelled appointment without the required notice will result in a one hour cancellation fee . That said, we understand that circumstances do arise in which advance cancellation is simply not possible. In these special cases, it is always preferable to cancel on short notice rather than miss your appointment without calling; even short notice gives us the opportunity to rebook a time slot or staff member.

We regret that we cannot make exceptions to our 48-hour cancellation policy because we are a small appointment-based business and we often schedule a Macfanatic especially for you.

Workshop Cancellations and Refunds

To maximize the effectiveness of our training sessions, Macfanatic limits the number of attendees per class. We require a notice of withdrawal from a workshop by 10 A.M two business days before the workshop begins. Upon giving proper notice, registrants can use their credits towards an upcoming class. No refunds will be issued. Credit will remain valid for six months from the time of purchase. No credit will be given for cancellations received later than two business days before the course begins.

Remote Support

Per incident:

Call us when you need us! Our remote support is billed per incident with 30 minute minimum increments.

On-Going Support:

If you are a requiring a higher volume of assistance or do not have your own IT support, you can take advantage of our support plans which allow us to help you using 10 minute increments. This means if you require a quick fix we are just a phone call, email, or screen share away.

Payment

Unless credit has been extended, all work/training orders are due upon completion of work/training session. Any amounts owing to Macfanatic after 14 days date from the due date shall be subject to a 3% surcharge monthly
