Workshop Cancellations and Refunds
To maximize the effectiveness of our training sessions, Macfanatic limits the number of attendees per class. We require a notice of withdrawal from a workshop by 10 A.M two business days before the workshop begins. Upon giving proper notice, registrants can use their credits towards an upcoming class. No refunds will be issued. Credit will remain valid for six months from the time of purchase. No credit will be given for cancellations received later than two business days before the course begins.
Cancellation for Scheduled Appointments
If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment we require that you call us by 10 a.m. two (2) working day in advance. If a cancellation or reschedule request is not received by 10 A.M two (2) working days before the start date, a cancellation fee of $80 will apply.

Travel Fee
