Renting movies from iTunes !
No more walking in the rain to the nearest video store! Renting movies from iTunes is amazingly easy and you can watch them with your Mac, iPhone, a supported video-enabled iPod, or on your TV using your Apple TV. The selection is great and the standard-definition movie rentals are only $2.99 for library titles and $3.99 for new releases. You can keep the downloaded rental for up to 30 days, though once you start watching it, you have 24 hours before it no longer will be viewable.. Rentals disappear when they expire, so they won’t take up space on your hard drive.
To rent movies from the iTunes Store on your computer
1. In iTunes on your computer, click iTunes Store.
2. In the iTunes Store, find a movie you want to rent.
3. Click Rent. Your movie will begin to download immediately.
Once the movie is downloaded, you can watch it on your computer or transfer the rental to a supported iPod, iPhone, or Apple TV.
* Use iTunes 7.6 or later to make sure your iPod or iPhone has the most recent software updates. To play rented videos from the iTunes Store, QuickTime 7.4.1 or later is required.
